We all need someone to guard our body and energy fields. Sometimes you can feel the negative energy around you and on you after dealing with certain people and situations. Protect Me bath is the bodyguard you need to help fight the toxic people and evil eye we have to deal with on a daily basis.

Shield Aura Against Negative Energies
Epsom Salt, Dead Sea Salt, Black Sea Salt with Activated Coconut Shell Charcoal, Dried Basil, Dried Lavender, Dried Sage, Dried Pennyroyal, Rosemary Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, Myrrh Essential Oil, Juniper Berry Essential Oil, and Jojoba Oil.
 
Ritual 
Please take a regular shower and clean yourself before taking the spiritual bath.
Pour 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup of bath salts into the warm/hot water (best temperature you like for your baths). With your dominant hand, stir the water clockwise and speak your intentions over the water...speaking what you want to release from the past and/or forgiveness for a situation.
Light 1 white candle or black candle (i.e. 4" Ritual Candle or tea candle) or use our Dragon's Blood Intention Candle right before entering the bath water.
Say Psalms 91 or a prayer for Archangel Michael or Saint Barbara outloud 3 times while in the bath. If you are having problem with a particular person - say their whole name 3 times (if you know it) before saying Psalms 91...because you will trample them under your foot. 
Make sure to run the water mixed with the spiritual bath salts over all of your body focusing on your intentions.
Soak for 15-20 minutes while listening to an Archangel Michael Meditation (i.e. YouTube) to have him slay with his mighty sword the evil energies that may have attached to you or in your auric energy.
Once the 15-20 minutes are up soaking, rinse your body with cold or lukewarm water.
Towel dry or air dry and enjoy a peaceful sleep.
 
Suggestion: Keep a notebook beside you to journal when you wake up first thing in the morning of anything you may have dreamed of...it might be a message from an Archangel, your ancestors, or your spirit guides.
