RETURN POLICY

 

1. BRACELETS & MALAS
Exchanges must be claimed within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.

The bracelet/mala must be returned UNWORN in its original state.

For Bracelet/Mala Exchange, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

If you need to exchange a bracelet, you must email mandi@mexiaholistic.com. We are not responsible for returned items if we are not contacted with your exchange request. 

​

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It will take up to 1-3 business days to process your exchange once we received the item back.

2. BATHS, CANDLES, HOME CLEANSE KITS
Due to the spiritual process used to create these items, all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.

3. COLOGNES, WATERS, INCENSES, INCENSES BURNER HOLDER & SMUDGES
All sales are final on these items. No exchanges or refunds.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping can take between 1-7 business days delivery depending on your location.

Mexia Holistic offers USPS Priority Mail with Tracking for within the Continental United States. Once we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with your tracking information. 

​

USPS Priority Mail Pricing can range from $7.60 and up depending on packaging and delivery location.

​

Please be mindful of the holidays (i.e. New Year's Day, MLK Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) which could cause a delay in delivery by USPS.
